Policy - Workplace Harassment Policy
Violence and harassment are considered hazards under Part 2 of the OHS Code. To control these hazards, employers must implement specific procedures and statements. Procedure:
- No Record of Complainant: No record of the complainant will be maintained on the personnel file of the complainant. Findings of improper conduct that result in disciplinary action will be reflected only on the file of the person who engaged in such conduct.
